• Base plates licensing and permits are provided
• $35 for each additional drop/pick paid on multi-stop loads (after the first)
• 100% of lumper’s fee (if required) will be paid
• Various insurance options are available
• Toll and scales reimbursed *
• Detention pay
• Medical benefits are available after first 60 days
• National discounts on tires and maintenance
• Trip envelopes can be scanned at designated truck stops and Swift terminals all over the country, at no cost
• If a subcontractor employs additional drivers, workers’ compensation required
