Whether you are in the beginning stages of your driving careers, or are an experienced driver, our starting pay is one of the highest in the industry. This includes recent CDL graduates. We pay weekly and are happy to direct deposit your check.

Have a student loan? We can help. We’ll pay a generous amount per month for qualified recent CDL graduates. Tuition reimbursement will start after successful completion of DSW’s Mentor Program.

You can make more money with team driving! If you don’t have someone to drive with, we can help! We can match you with another driver you will be compatible with based on your personality and professional preferences.
We know that home time is extremely important. Your Driver Leader will work with you to ensure your success, including getting you home on a regular basis. You can take up to 30 days off in Tucson. Once you reach your weekly goal of 2,500 miles, you will get one day off for every six days out and can take up to 3 days off anywhere in the country.
Our truck technology detects problems and sends an email to our shop manager for support of drivers. This prevents downtime and equates to a bigger paycheck!
We’re dedicated to giving our drivers the support they need to be successful out on the road. We always have a live person here at our office to answer calls and provide computer support.
You can control your fuel locations within the network and earn points towards showers and amenities.
We understand that you are anxious to hit the road, so we offer an express orientation process that lets you start driving and making money as soon as possible.
You will earn 40 hours of paid vacation time after 1 year. The longer you drive with us, the more you will earn.
New drivers will receive paid training from some of the most experienced mentors in the industry.
We want to keep you healthy with quality health, dental, and vision coverage. Drivers are eligible the first month following 60 days of employment.
